One last thing you should check on the rear cam journal is to make sure it has the two holes See Fig. 40.2 (Blue Arrows) which keeps the oil pressure from building up between the rear of the cam and the rear cam plug and blowing it out. There are a few cams which did not have these holes for one reason or another.
